Who are we
Proyecta Mentory
Empowering Future Entrepreneurs Through Mentorship, Collaboration, and Sustainable Innovation.
The mission of PROYECTA MENTORY is to empower future entrepreneurs worldwide—especially those in rural areas—by providing expert guidance in the design and management of sustainable business models across diverse sectors. We are committed to developing the essential skills needed to navigate future challenges.
Beyond individual mentorship, we actively promote the creation of future-focused youth business networks at the national and international levels. Our goal is to build a collaborative ecosystem where young entrepreneurs and social actors exchange knowledge, form strategic partnerships, and collectively drive economic development.
At Proyecta Mentory, we believe in the transformative power of mentorship and collaboration. Through targeted guidance and a supportive environment, we aim to catalyze sustainable growth and long-term success in the entrepreneurial journeys of youth through both our National (Peruvian) and International programs.
What we do?
We want you to become an agent of change, for your ideas to come to light and thanks to your talents to generate your own income.
Advice and mentoring of projects and businesses
Young people have great ideas and talents, but often lack support because they are considered inexperienced. From any talent that a child or young person has, they can create a business. For example, if you like knitting, you can create your line of wool garments; If you like agriculture, you can sell organic vegetables locally; If you like programming, you can create an application that solves a problem…whatever your talent is, you can make a business or project out of it. Here, we’ll mentor you on the creation of it, from the creation of the business plan, the introduction in the market, to growth and maintenance on the market. As long as you have the initiative and tenancy to embark this journey, we’ll make sure you take the most out of each mentoring session

we’re here to Answer all your questions
If I already have an existing project, can I still receive your mentoring?
Of course. If you have an existing project, Proyecta Mentory helps you have more scope, polish details, and focus on your objectives.
If I want to offer something through the Project Mentory sales portal, does it have to be a physical product?
It doesn’t have to be a physical product. The product or service you offer can be both physical and virtual. If it is physical, you must specify which regions/countries you can ship to. Don’t worry, we also advise you on how to distribute your product.
I am interested in several industries, which one should I choose to turn into a business? Or, I want to start a business but don't know about what to make it.
In the first meeting we can learn a little more about you and your interests, and we can give you mentoring to discover your true passion. We advise you and take talent tests to identify those areas in which you stand out exceptionally. Then, we guide you and provide mentoring to build a business based on that talent.
I want to start a business, but I can't put capital into it.
Don’t worry, that’s exactly why Proyecta Mentory was created. We will work with you to help you build your business. You will have several options to obtain your capital, such as presenting your idea to Proyecta Mentory in the annual contest and you will be able to win funds for your project, for us to help you run a fundraising campaign, etc.
How is Project Mentory supported financially?
Proyecta Mentory does not charge for advice, but at the end of each month/year (depending on what is agreed between Proyecta Mentory and the advised student), Proyecta Mentory keeps 10% of the income. This percentage is used to cover the operating expenses of Proyecta Mentory, that is, it is not for profit.
